As we are starting preparations for Modules 3 & 4 "Unleash your Ecstatic Potential & Blissful Love Making" with ~30 people in 14 days, I feel so much gratitude in my heart.
This will be one of the most powerful fields, I feel, because the ALIGNMENT & CLARITY I experience at this moment is at its peak. Also my battery is fully charged, with no holes to be found. I must confess that also fears are my biggest FRIENDS now, because I'm making quantum leaps in my own being, and looking at my external reality now is like landing in the 50's for someone living in the 21st century.
Holding group spaces doesn't stop fascinating me with an incredible MIRROR effect. Groups hold the degree of complexity that is very exciting for my spirit. At the same time, in groups I tap into the very essence of Life and Love.
Many of our students say "1 week of being in a retreat with Temple of Tantric Arts propels me to places I've never even dreamt possible, saves me years of spiritual wondering around and also years of therapy." Exactly that!
No, I don't want to claim that Tantra replaces Therapy. It doesn't. It has a totally different dimension of focus. But because we combine Tantra with Transformation, the impact many people experience is exactly that.
And no, please don't come to Tantra if you need to be in therapy. Do therapy first, ideally one that includes work with your physical body too (e.g. Somatic Experiencing), if you need to address trauma and deep psychological wounds.
