Schedule

Arrivals between 5pm and 9pm on the day before day 1. The program will start at 9:30am on day 1, so we recommend arriving the evening before, and finish around 6pm on the last day.

Other days will start at 7am with a morning program and finish around 10:30-11pm.

2 long breaks during the day up to 2 hours to integrate what we are doing during practices.

Cancellation policy

Only applicable when the program has been paid less than 12 months ago.
100% refundable upon cancellation 2 or more months prior to the event; 50% refundable 1 or more months prior to the event; non-refundable less than 1 month prior to the event.
Upon reimbursement, an admin fee of 80€ will be withheld.

If the program has been paid more than 12 months ago, it is no longer refundable.

In case of Force Majeure events, to which Corona-related measures taken by the government belong, please refer to our Terms of Service article 20.1.
