Schedule
The program will start at 7pm on day 1 and finish at 10am on day 8.
Other days will start at 7:30am with a morning program and finish around 10:30pm.
Cancellation policy
Only applicable when the program has been paid less than 12 months ago.
100% refundable upon cancellation 2 or more months prior to the event; 50% refundable 1 or more months prior to the event; non-refundable less than 1 month prior to the event.
Upon reimbursement, an admin fee of 80€ will be withheld.
If the program has been paid more than 12 months ago, it is no longer refundable.
In case of Force Majeure events, to which Corona-related measures taken by the government belong, please refer to our Terms of Service article 20.1.
