First of all, what is an Orgasm?
A few years ago, I would have told you that it is an intense pleasurable feeling in the genitals.
Today, I say it is meeting God, Life, your Self, an incredible Expansion...
It is not limited to just some local physical sensations. It’s so much more!
Obviously, I’m not referring to local physical orgasms here, even though they may feel very pleasurable on a physical level. I am referring to Whole Body Orgasms, which can be experienced by both men and women.
A Whole Body Orgasm is nothing else than our natural ability to conduct the sexual/ life energy uninhibitedly through our energy channels. It makes us very alive, creative, passionate, it charges our energy body!
Each of us has capacity to experience the Whole Body Orgasm. We access it through the physical body inviting the energy to move with body Movement, Breath and Sound. To experience it, we don't even need to touch our intimate parts, can you believe it?
Ultimately, the Whole Body Orgasm involves our whole Body. Physical body becomes very sensitive, Mental body typically quietens, Emotional body intensifies, Energy body expands!
The way towards the whole body orgasm and the orgasm itself is a very Vulnerable Space.
It’s not about performing. It’s about opening up and surrendering to the life force movement inside, and it can look very differently than one imagines. All expectations must go for the life energy to move freely while we are fully present. Some people may have a huge tears release, or roar like a tiger(ress), or feel a very gentle and deep micro vibration inside as the energy clears its pathways. It’s never the same.
To experience a Whole Body Orgasm, it requires from us openness, vulnerability and trust.
Is it complicated? No.
Several of my students experience it already on the first module in the very first whole body orgasm practice (clothes on!), which we do in every module in various formats. They say “This is Me!” madly laughing or astound and relieved.
Others may first need to go through clearance of mental blocks, suppressed emotions and trauma, before they open pathways for the life energy to flow freely. Which is fine! It's been long overdue anyway.
In fact, experiencing a Whole Body Orgasm is so simple and natural, that when we remember it, most of us say…Wow this is such a common sense and so natural!
