Activating our Altar

Yesterday, I activated the altar in the garden room. Alisia joined me. I gave her the first lesson in temple arts on how to activate an altar. Sit in a meditation posture in silence, connect to heart, light the candle and surrender to the goddess. Then she chose an oracle card and put it on an altar. Now… of all the goddesses, it was Kali.

After the altar got activated , she placed her hands on her heart and said looking me in the eyes “My heart says I want to stay in this room and not in the main house. Shall we make it our room, yours and mine?”

*she did not know yet that I was planning to move there.

I almost cracked laughing and crying at the same time cause I never saw her speaking like this, straight from her heart and being so moved.

I answered: “Yes, I would be very happy to do it. But there is one thing you need to know. This room is magical and we’ve got to treat it as such. Miracles will be happening here of all kinds. And I will also need time on my own here to meditate, do yoga, and just be. Is this Ok for you?”

She nodded in excitement.

Then she went straight to Dylan to check if he would be ok with this, and after he said yes, she took a picture of Dylan and her in his arms into our new space.

Tonight, before she went to bed, I pulled out a book from my temple library about the womb wisdom and explained to her how she was created in the magical space called WOMB.

She was so excited about this that after the story was complete she ran off the bed, found her doll, put her under her T-shirt and fell asleep.
