Our War Inside and Out

Now it's easy to lose a friend, a brother, a loved one. And it's not just about war.

Even just one day can draw a deep separation between us, if we are not aware.

People get angry now if you:

are for Russia

are for Ukraine

are for Putin

are for Zelensky

are for none of the above

are ashamed and cry

pretend that nothing is happening

have been silent for 8 years

have spoken for 8 years

meditate or dance while there is war

read all the news you can find

don't follow news at all

go outside to tell #notowar

don't go outside and watch TV series to cope with the horror

People are looking for someone to blame. People are scared. And they hurt each other with words, accusations, arguments.

But let's understand that now there are no winners and no losers. We are all affected. All!

And everyone copes with the shock in their own way - someone acts, someone freezes, someone cries, someone speaks nonsense, someone tries to calm down people around with hugs.

Let's start with ourselves and not demand from others to be heroes.

Start with yourself.

Look, are You now on the path of war or on the path of peace?

If a friend, brother, colleague says something you disagree with, stop. Stop first. It's easy now to get dragged into an internal war when brother goes after brother. Notice this and keep peace in your soul.

Understand that there is a person sitting across from you who is also scared. Feel their soul. They are not your enemy.

It is very important now to preserve wisdom, and not to look for "cowards", "traitors", and what not. If a person argues, blames, demands, do not get angry. What they are really saying is, "I'm scared, I'm powerless, help me!"

Connect to the soul of the one in front of you: "I see you, you have your own truth. We're all scared right now. Let's keep harmony – our bond, our friendship, respect, kinship."

I feel deep compassion for everyone who has been affected, everyone who is scared, all those who feel powerless and want nothing else than to create justice & peace.

I pray that the war stops inside and outside of us as soon as possible.
