Love is all around.
Am I available for it?
Expansion into Love is not just a beautiful idea or something that is available to the lucky few. It is a tangible reality for each of us, when we choose to surrender to Life and stop holding onto all kinds of things that keep us small - beliefs, concepts, ideas, past, future.
Love, Abundance, Joy are natural energies, and at each moment I am either available for them or not.
This existence doesn't bless some of us more than others.
It blesses everyone equally.
Do you dare to trust Life as it naturally expresses through you and outside of you, without twisting it?
Like birds don't question whether they need to fly to the South or to the North in the fall.
What's different is the level of our individual openness for the flow of Love, Abundance and Joy to flow through us.
To open up to these energies, it's so important to not hold on to Things but let them pass. Pass through you, without getting stuck in you.
Beliefs, concepts, ideas, past, future... all of it, when we hold onto them, we clog our system from possibility to Receive all of the things that are given to us by this Existence in each moment.
Inhale Love in and exhale Love out.
There is only this movement, this pulse. Each moment.
In and out.
Look at the moon, look at the tide of the ocean, look at your breath, listen to your heart beat, look at seasons. Everything is in constant movement.
Nature doesn't hold onto things - neither to the full moon, nor to summer.
As for the things you used to hold onto... forgive, make new decisions that support your flow, let go of limiting beliefs, dare to jump into Unknown, trust this Life, release and breath.
You have been created by this Existence. Give it a chance to care for you and show you what you really are.
