Appreciation

Past weeks have been passing so fast, I can't believe we are already approaching beginning of May. I notice how I wake up in the morning, and when I go to bed, and in between it's a high intensity DOing mode.

I wish to stop for a moment and appreciate all the things that are happening. Inhale. Exhale.

First of all, the Sex, Love & Relationship VITA program with Layla Martin that I am doing this year is simply phenomenal. I am so in awe what this woman has created and how she brings it forward, with so much love and compassion. I enjoy honing my coaching skills with new somatic tools that are simple and so powerful. The program is intense and requires daily time commitment, self-discipline and compassionate self-holding. And at the same time, in the absence of live Tantra work for the past 1 year, it gives me meaning and connection with the Tantra field.

2 weeks ago we moved into our NEW house!!! It's been the biggest project (after having a child) in my & our life so far. Ah, some renovations here and there I thought. In reality, for the last 4 months, for me it was and still is daily work of making choices, driving around shops, learning lots of new things like painting etc. while the actual ground work was happening in the house by people whom we asked for help. And grandma of Dylan being there daily to support with all practical things. Still...it was more exhausting than I expected, for all of us. All practical hassle aside, it is such a different feeling to live in a place where we chose everything ourselves. Our own garden and living close to the earth is super grounding. My practice room is still being built these very days (away from the main house) and is planned to be finished in May - can't wait to have my holy temple with a view on our garden and fruit trees.

In the meantime, my heart is strongly calling to go to see my parents in Russia after almost 3 years of not seeing each other. They haven't seen their granddaughter in 3D yet (!), only via Skype and WhatsApp. Pregnancy, birth giving and then immediately corona. My parents, and Russians in general, have not been allowed to enter Belgium for visit purposes since it all started. Luckily, I can still leave and come back to Belgium with Alisia (the benefit of double RUS/BE nationality!), and now that house renovations are complete, we can embark on a journey again. Waiting for the new travel passport to be ready in 1 week, then book tickets and off we go!

In February and March, I held a Conscious Relationship Journey for Couples - a sacred space to zoom into the relationship and upgrade it... with new awareness and tools. Couples shared that it's often the right tools that they lacked in relating, and communication tools were amongst the most needed. I have loads of insights and experiences to share from this journey, which I will do soon through my newsletters. So stay tuned if you are curious.

In my own relationship with Dylan, we are thriving in creation now. We don't have much time to spend with each other, but we look each other up during the busy days to give a hug, a smile, and a tight warm embrace when we wake up or go to bed, or just share time over a quick lunch. I love our balance when it comes to taking care of Alisia. Dylan is a playmate and an educator for her, and I am more a nurturing and safe hub. Last year we did a good inner work addressing certain aspects of relating that were taking our energy away, and it pays so much off this year when we are called to show up.

In the meantime, fingers crossed that we can gather live again for Tantric work in June. 70+ people are impatiently waiting to start the 1 year program, and many more to continue because they already started but did not finish yet. Does anyone have a crystal ball, please, to know when the government restrictions will be over?

If I don't respond fast these days, just know that it's nothing personal, often it's really a matter of priority to just even have something to eat inbetween all of the things that are happening. I trust by June things will start settling down and we'll have more space again... aaahhh the first thing I'll do is to lie in our garden for many hours and days under the blue sky, unwind from the past months buzzzziness, and enjoy the quiet family time.
