Morning Daily Ritual

I feel ecstatic this morning.😊

7 days ago I came across this idea to join a 5AM club and spend the 1st hour fine-tuning my Body, Heart and Mind for the day (Robin Sharma was my inspiration this time!).

I started doing it since then and it's been truly mind-blowing.

While most of the population is still asleep and the collective energy field is calm and clear, I find myself doing all kinds of yummy stuff, preparing for the day.

This morning I was dancing and feeling totally blissful. My body vibrating with joyful gratitude! <3

So, what do I do in that first hour at 5am?

First 20 minutes I spend on a Physical activity - dancing or yoga, awakening body Tantric practices, aerobics or zumba - anything that awakens my Physical Body and gets juices flowing.

Second 20 minutes I spend connecting to my Heart and journaling. I journal what I feel, what I am grateful for, what inspiring things I wish to create during the day. So many things get clear and I end up sitting there with a blissful smile and a radiating heart energy.

Last 20 minutes I spend Learning something NEW about topics of my interest and beyond. So, for instance yesterday I was learning about healthy smoothies, while this morning I learned one more of the 112 Vigyan Bhairva Tantric methods. Each day something new. I usually tend to extend it to 1 hour because I so love learning!

It could look differently for each person, of course.

This one hour is such a powerful Morning Ritual to wake up, connect to myself, get clear, connect to what’s important and consciously start the day! Creativity flows and I manage to be so productive in an effortless way. It also allows to conquer the negative bias in the mind, which is an evolutionary mechanism in the brain (from many thousands of years) that looks for danger and therefore runs negative scripts. ;-)

Now breakfast and then ready to host a private Tantra retreat for a couple. πŸ’•
