We all want to feel love and connection.

It doesn't necessarily need to come through a partner or a beloved. Making it a single focus may create quite a narrow channel for love to flow through you.

Keep focusing on being and doing things you love, including being with people you love.

This alone creates such a flow of love. ❤️

Even if today your everyday reality is far from what you love doing or being, create at least some time during the day for things you really love doing or being, let it grow day by day and see how your reality is being transformed. 🙂💐

I started doing it some 10 years ago, integrating things I loved into my everyday life in the period when I felt very little love and aliveness inside. I started connecting with inspiring people, restarted dancing Tango, subscribed for yoga, joined some kick ass clubs like Toastmasters to develop confidence in public speaking. And it was such a turnaround period. Because the more I did the things I loved, the more Love was flowing through me. And the people I was meeting were matching my new frequency.

Nowadays, I do only maybe 5% of things I enjoy less like admin and some household tasks, which still need to be done, but they are such a minor thing in the ocean of creativity and joy that I experience on a daily basis, because I created life around things that I love, that those minor things I almost don't even notice.

The more love flows through you, the more charismatic you become, the more attractive and noticable you are, even for your long term partner. 😉

What do you love doing that you 'parked' because you said to yourself that you 'did not have enough time or energy' for it, and which you can bring into your everyday's reality starting today?
