Unexpectedly hitting the lowest LOW from drastic change in frequency.

I noticed that when I made a jump in my choices and in frequency, my whole internal world went into a BIG re-adjustment. Several subconscious layers have been lifted and became exposed. Old stories needed to clear, new ones to be installed as the new reality clashed with old beliefs. Inspite of discomfort, I realize this process is necessary to be able to hold the NEW level and standards going forward.

Meditation and moving my body was my daily life line these days to BE with discomfort and not REact.

Still feeling vulnerable, exposed and raw, but already sensing the warm sun rays coming out.
