Jet Lag
Jet lag was massive both ways.
In Bali, I also needed 1 full week to arrive.
Only since yesterday, I start coming back to myself and feel clarity & energy again.
I even needed to introduce emergency program to pull myself out. This is my pill
Meditation injections of 5 min throughout the day.
1 hour yoga in the morning and sitting in silence afterwards.
More alone time than usually. Short connections with friends.
Doing just one thing at a time IF there is energy.
If not, stop immediately.
Connect with elements: River, lake, forest, spa, BREATHE(work)!
Daily little prayer to connect with the Source.
The above mixture is something I would typically start doing daily if I have a strong impact from anything which puts me in a space of inability to function or when I stop feeling myself as I know me.
I would therefore also recommend a customized version of it to anyone who finds him/herself in a space outside of natural alignment, or no longer in a relaxed and peaceful state.
