Slowing down
My body is finally slowing me down.
This morning I went for a walk in nature and instead of 45 minutes I walked the same route for 1,5 hours. 🥰
My body chooses to stay longer hours awake during the night and asks to catch up with rest during the day.
My body is in love with water these days - a bath, spa, foot bath, anything with water is sooo welcome.
My body wants me to eat different things than what I usually would.
My body has a new rhythm now and all I can do is surrender to it.
Thank you, Nature, for showing me what's needed now. I AM slowing down.... 💗
